File Specifications:  
Any Bitmap/jpeg images should be submitted in TIFF format.
Any vector images should be submitted in EPS format.
When including fonts, either create outlines, embed, or include font files with submission.
Large scale artwork should be built 1/4 original size @ 300dpi
CMYK color mode is recommended for optimum results

Custom Orders:  
Custom made items cannot be returned.  Lead time for custom orders is variable.
